Early Bird tickets started at Rs 6,999 on BookMyShow on September 2. They're incredibly hard to snag. So they set up elaborate traps on Telegram to make you think you got lucky.
You didn't get lucky. You're walking into a trap.

What this Telegram ticket scam actually is
Basically, criminals create fake Telegram channels or groups that look like official Lollapalooza India communities. How the fraud works step by step
These scammers run a very specific playbook. Here's exactly what happens when you interact with them.
First, you join a Telegram channel that popped up when you searched for Lollapalooza tickets online. The channel administrator posts a highly convincing message claiming they have a limited batch of Early Bird or RuPay pre-sale tickets left. They usually offer them at face value.
